Residential Project

Before

This magnificent waterfront property was redeveloped from the ground up. The project included removal of existing home and pool and replacement with modern alternatives.

The bespoke custom pool was designed to settle into the bank adjacent canal and not obstruct but add to the water views.

The pool itself has been custom designed and built on over 20 screw piers bedded into bed rock around 4m below the base of the pool. The construction the began forming the pool 1280mm above rear yard height to avoid fencing constraints blocking the view and creating a retaining wall.

The project included custom made fencing panels, travertine tiles, glass mosaic waterline tiles and a spa niche area incorporating entry and exit stairs.

After

A truly amazing addition to this Cleveland property. The finish on the interior was a customised pebble/ glass mix to achieve a brilliant aqua blue water colour.

Just Add Water Pools did a great job renovating my pool in Raby Bay. The tile selection and the finishes all look amazing. My tenants are extending their lease due to the new pool and spa.

pebble	Pebble	Pebble interior finishes have evolved greatly over the years and can provide some very natural water colours. glass	Glass	Glass bead interiors can be utilised as an alternative to pebble interiors to provide a very striking water colour. light	Lights	Our range of single or multi colour lights will provide another dimension to the pool once the sun sets.
